With Bauer’s handmade chocolates, you can look forward to a very special flavor experience! With painstakingly composed ingredients, the chocolates are certain to cast a spell on you and take your palate to a whole new level!
For many years we have been creating handmade chocolates in our confectionery department, using only chocolate with at least 30%-72% cocoa content and high-quality, natural aromatic oils and organic nuts (hazelnuts, hemp).
For our famous hill-cheese chocolate, we only use cheese made at the
Schweizerhütte dairy next to the Arthurhaus.
The
Grüneggbauer farm in Dienten am Hochkönig supplies us with high-quality distilled spirits (rowanberry schnapps, huckleberry schnapps & walnut liqueur).
The
Krimmler Tauernhaus provides us with pine schnapps. The pine schnapps is distilled from pincones, growing at elevations around 2500 m above sea level.
