Open Golf St. Johann Alpendorf: 15 mins - free UNLIMITED green fees
The OPEN GOLF St. Johann Alpendorf consists of two nine-hole golf courses. It is conveniently located on Pinzgauer Bundesstraße B 311, directly between Bischofshofen and St. Johann im Pongau, and is just a 15-minute drive from Mühlbach.
The Orange Course is perfect for beginners, while club golfers can tackle the Blue Course. There is also a spacious driving range with covered tees, putting green and pitching green. Combined with the Orange Course, this is perfect for all kinds of training. The Blue Course at OPEN GOLF St. Johann Alpendorf is a 9-hole, par 68 course with a 478-m par 5, five par 4s and three par 3s. Men: 4,670 m; ladies: 4,086 m.
Beautifully designed by James Coughlan, the course features a stunning pond landscape and is suitable for all golfers, including higher handicaps. The partially cropped course features three elevated greens, and poses a real challenge even for experienced golfers. The course is cut very short, the fairways are not too long, and the bunker areas are manageable. The course rating means that even tournament golfers will be challenged, and drivers will often be lifted from the golf bag.
The Orange Course at OPEN GOLF St. Johann Alpendorf is a 9-hole, par 54 course with nine par 3s between 104 and 204 metres; men/ladies: 2,410m.
