You really get near the animals here – after all, there are twice as many animals as residents! You can also find out all sorts of interesting things at the day of the open stable door, and find out what it’s like to be a farmer. You can admire and pet the animals at the petting zoos and interactive farms. In addition to the Ants Path and the Path of Carved Animals, you can also enjoy the Marmot Path, where with a little luck you might spot Manfred the Marmot with his mate and their family.
Balance and body awareness are required at the Slackline Park.The Flying Fox Park uses a different kind of rail for scintillating flights on the zip line soaring high above the landscape.

Toni’s Alpine playground at the mountain station of the Schneeberg cable car
Your kids can race around the numerous play areas, water playground and sand pit. The climbing tower, slacklines and Alpine frisbee will keep kids active and happy. Great for parents: you can always keep an eye on the kids from the terrace of the Karbachalm mountain restaurant.
Walk the adventure path
How about a little stroll high above the valley? Cool kids can explore lots of additional play areas on the wide family path and scramble happily around the tree house. The accessible trail is also pushchair-friendly.

Toni’s Family Bike Trail
Whizz happily along various terrains – the Karbachalm railway transports families and bikes to the 6.5 km trail that leads down into the valley. Also suitable for electric bikes!
3D archery parcours in Hochkönig
Go bow hunting and strengthen your stamina and concentration in the 3D archery parcours at the foot of the Hochkeil, right next to the Arthurhaus. There are 28 stations with 3D animal characters including wild boar, deer, marmots, chamois, and bear.
Summer tobogganing at Biberg
Fast-paced family fun! 61 curves, 1.6 km, a height drop of 345 m, and three jumps – the summer toboggan run at Biberg in Saalfelden. The chairlift takes you directly up to the start. Quickly hop into the toboggan and let the fun begin! Set your own pace using the gearshift lever. Whether taking a leisurely or fast approach, the toboggan run is always a great experience. The Hochkönig Card includes one chairlift ride and toboggan session.
